The Problem
Describe the challenge you were given here. What was the context, who needed it, and what constraints existed? This is where you set the stage and show the reader what you were up against.
Add a second paragraph if needed to fully explain the problem space — key requirements, stakeholders, or constraints that shaped your approach.
My Approach
Walk the reader through how you tackled the problem. What tools did you use? What design decisions did you make and why? This is where your engineering and creative thinking comes through.
Don't be afraid to mention dead ends, pivots, or tradeoffs you had to navigate. Real engineering stories are honest ones, and that honesty builds credibility.
The Outcome
What was the result? Key performance metrics, test results, or feedback received? A quantified outcome ("reduced weight by 30%") is always compelling.
Mention what you'd do differently next time — it shows self-awareness and a continuous improvement mindset.
